ADMISSIONS AND WITHDRAWALS

  1. The school makes a very careful selection of the pupils and demand high standards in ideals and attainments.
  2. The parents/guardians desirous of getting admission for their children/wards shall apply in the prescribed form. Completed application form along with the Birth Certificate or School Leaving Certificate may be submitted to the office. Principal shall verify the required documents of the candidate and if found fit shall grant admission. 
  3. The age for admission in Nursery is 3 years & Jr. KG. is 4 years as on 1st June with a corresponding increase for the higher classes:
  4. The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate whose admission is considered undesirable for valid reasons.
  5. A pupil who joins the school fresh from home must produce an official birth certificate.
  6.  A pupil who joins the school after attending a recognised school must produce the Leaving Certificate and in the case of a pupil coming from a school outside the State of Gujarat, the Leaving Certificate must be countersigned by the District Education Officer of that State
  7.  A calendar month’s notice should be given in writing before the withdrawal of pupil or else one month’s fee will be charged. Those who leave in April must pay the fees for May also.
  8.  No Leaving Certificate or any other testimonials shall be given unless all the dues of the school have been cleared.

FEES

  1. Fees will be revised as and when it becomes necessary with the permission of FRC.
  2. In normal circumstance all fees are to be paid in advance. Fees has to be paid quarterly. 

Ist quarter June to August

IInd  quarter: September to November

IIIrd quarter : December to February

IVth quarter: March to May

 3. The fee has to be paid on or before the 15th of every month failing which fine of Rs.20 will have to be paid with cumulative effect. Fees will be collected on all working days up to the 15th of every month and then after on 20th and 25th.

 4. No deduction in tuition fee is made for broken periods, Fee for April & May, October & November are to be paid in April and October respectively.

 5. Tuition fees are to be paid for 12 months
